And Founder, Maggie Fithian has over 24 years of business experience.  Maggie founded and owned a successful Information Technology consulting firm.  Her consulting firm provided Information Technology services to Fortune 100 companies.

While a computer consultant, Maggie found she loved decorating !   She enjoyed helping friends and family choose fabrics, color schemes, furniture and accessories for their homes.  During this time, she attended Temple University and received a Certificate in Interior Decorating.  

With her experience in buying and selling real estate, she found buyers enjoyed the designs she created.  During open houses, she could see the buyer's reactions as they walked through and focused on the features of the house and not the things in the house!  She decided to learn more about a Real Estate marketing tool called "Home Staging".  Maggie attended the only "Accredited Staging Professional™  Course in the country offered by Barb Schwarz.  Barb is the Creator of Home Staging™ and both founder and CEO of StagedHomes.com.  After completing the detailed course work and hands-on training, Maggie was awarded the designation of Accredited Staging Professional (ASP)™.

Maggie's business experience has taught her the success of any project,  requires TEAMWORK with the client.  That's why at Maggie's Designs our business foundation is built on TEAMWORK.   She  educates both Home Owners and Realtors® on the benefits of Home Staging.
